Piotr Kubicki, M. D.

Specialist in internal diseases and lung diseases. Graduated from the Silesian Medical Academy – Faculty of Medicine in Katowice in 2000. He has completed foreign internships in, among others, ST. Josefs-Hospital, Gebh. gyn. Abteilung, Lennestadt Germany; Asewo Kurzzeitpflege-Thomasiusstube, Halle an der Saale Germany. Professionally associated with: Pulmonary and Tuberculosis Clinic of SPSK No. 1 in Zabrze (Silesian Medical Academy Katowice) and Respiratory Disease Prevention and Rehabilitation Unit of Ustroń Health Resort.

He has numerous professional experiences:

• from 1.10.2000 to 31.10.2001 postgraduate internship. Dr. A. Mielęcki Hospital, Chorzów, 11 Strzelców Bytomskich St.;
• from 1.03.2002 to 30.03.2007 specialization training as a resident in internal diseases at the Regional Railway Hospital in Katowice;
• from 05.2005 to present – doctor in the accident team and then in the Specialist team of the Regional Ambulance Service in Katowice;
• from 01.04.2007 to 30.04.2008 junior assistant in the department of internal diseases at the Regional Railway Hospital in Katowice;
• from 5.05.2008 to 29.02.2012 senior assistant in the department of internal diseases at Jaworzno City Hospital;
• from 11.2011 to date – senior assistant in the Department of Lung Diseases and Tuberculosis SPSK No. 1 in Zabrze Silesian Medical Academy Katowice;
• Head of the Department of Respiratory Diseases Prevention and Rehabilitation ZUS Ustroń Health Resort.

In his spare time, he is involved in photography.
