Outpatient Clinic for Difficult Healing Wounds and Diabetic Foot

Due to the early closure of the outpatient clinic due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are returning to accepting patients of Difficult Healing Wounds and Diabetic Foot from May 2023. We are expanding the Diabetic Foot Outpatient Clinic to include a multidisciplinary model for the treatment of diabetic foot and hard-to-heal wounds. Diabetic foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes. It occurs in both type I and type II diabetics. Thanks to the cooperation of specialists from different fields: diabetology, surgery, physiotherapy and podology, we offer patients a comprehensive therapy based on the latest medical achievements. We provide our patients with professional assistance during the treatment process which sets us apart from other medical facilities.”. Chronic wounds, such as diabetic foot, lower leg ulcers, and decubitus ulcers, are a significant problem in clinical practice. Our team aims to create optimal conditions for surgical treatment, so as to achieve proper healing and, finally, wound closure in the shortest possible time.
